HAITE Aviation Training and the Airways Aviation Group sign new MOU

Singapore, February 1st, 2019 — HAITE Aviation Training ( HAITE ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Haite High-Tech Co. Ltd. of Chengdu, China ( HAITE Group ), and the Airways Aviation Group, ( Airways ) have come together to collaborate on the provision of joint commercial flight crew training services to help meet the unprecedented demand and growth in the global aviation industry.

The Haite training division operates 12 full flight Airbus and Boeing simulators spanning across Tianjin and Kunming in China and Singapore with new orders for another 4 devices to be delivered over the next 12 months and Airways Aviation with academies in Oxford (UK), Huesca (Spain), Podgorica and Niksic (Montenegro) and the Gold Coast and Caloundra (Australia) have agreed to team up to provide turnkey pilot training solutions globally.

The two parties today have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which offers immediate opportunities and solutions around a turnkey pilot training program for airline partners, Government & Corporate sponsored cadets and self-funded students primarily from across the Middle East, the Sub-continent, Central Asia, Africa and the Asia Pacific.

The Airways Aviation Group with more than 30 years pilot training experience operates Aviation Academies and Aviation Pathway Programs in key locations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia offering aspiring and professional pilots a variety of Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approved training pathways.

Airways Aviation Australia provides various courses including Certificate III in Aviation, Diploma in Aviation ( CPL and Multi-Engine IR ) and a Bachelor of Business ( Aviation Management in conjunction ) in conjunction with Southern Cross University whilst Airways Aviation Europe offers Integrated and Modular (EASA) fATPL, Military Conversions, Type Ratings and Recurrency training amongst its many programs.

Haite’ Statement

The Haite training division operates 12 full flight simulators spanning across Tianjin and Kunming in China and Singapore.  There are 5 additional full flight simulators to be added to the division’s simulator inventory in the next 12 months. Haite simulator R&D and manufacturing joint venture  with United Technologies, Accel, will be delivering A320neo and B737max to the training centres starting in 4Q 2019. The Haite Singapore centre is actively providing initial endorsement and various type ancillary training courses to airlines in the Asia Pacific. The collaboration with Airways Aviation will provide the company a strategic pathway to participate in ab-initio training, and jointly with Airways’ global  training Academies offer the industry a wide range of customised training products in terms of training locations, modular training programs to meet customer specific requirements, integration of tertiary education in aviation and with our joint experience providing industry best training practices in competency based training programs like the Multi-crew Pilot Licence (MPL). Haite and Airways shares a common vision to provide innovative, creative and affordable training solutions to airlines as the demand for flight crew training continues to outgrow the services of training suppliers.
