Facilities
Our Montpellier campus is equipped with four advanced flight simulators, ensuring students benefit from consistent, high-quality training in a controlled and realistic environment. These simulators play a vital role in enhancing pilot skills, reinforcing theoretical knowledge, and allowing students to practise complex flight scenarios with confidence.
In addition to simulator access, our facilities include modern classrooms, dedicated briefing rooms, and on-site operational support services. Located within the Montpellier Méditerranée Airport precinct, students also benefit from real-time exposure to a functioning aviation environment—offering an invaluable blend of academic learning and hands-on experience.

INITIAL TRAINING
Airways Aviation Academy – ESMA offers comprehensive ab initio training programmes for aspiring cadet pilots and cabin crew. We also deliver tailored training solutions for airline companies, civil aviation authorities, and service providers—from candidate assessment and selection (in France or internationally), to in-centre instruction, accommodation, and logistical support.
