Airways Aviation Academy - ESMA organised a recruitment day in collaboration with partners ALYZIA Paris Charles de Gaulle and Lyon. Their remarkable teams presented about their services and proposed a recruitment for our students.
For more than 50 years, Alyzia has been providing ground handling services to airlines around the world, placing customer satisfaction at the heart of concerns. Thanks to the the diversity of the 80 airlines they work with, more than 92% of which are international, they are able to assist any type of aircraft on all the stops where they operate.
Historically located at the Parisian airports (Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly), Alyzia has since developed in the provinces. Today, 5,000 of our employees serve and assist more than 15 million passengers a year.
Since 1948, Alyzia, a former Aéroports de Paris entity, has been the privileged partner of many airlines at Parisian airports. Armed with recognised know-how and dedicated employees, Alyzia provides each customer with all kinds of high quality ground handling services.
In 2012, Groupe 3S acquired Alyzia. Alyzia was one of the first ground handling companies to obtain the ISAGO certification in 2012 in both Parisian airport platforms (Roissy CDG and ORLY), renewed in 2015 and 2017. In September 2013 they obtained the Quality, Safety and Environment certification (ISO 9001-14001, OHSAS 18001) which was renewed in 2018 and acknowledges Alyzia’s investment in continual improvements. These certificates allowed them to put the greatest value on the quality, safety and environment of the company.

Established in 1988 and located at Montpellier Mediterranean Airport, ESMA is the largest and most important (privately owned) multidisciplinary aviation school in Europe. With direct access to the airfield and covering a built-up area of approximately 11.600 sqm the ESMA campus facility is divided into various areas of activity including modern Classrooms & Lecture halls, Simulators, Cabin Crew Training facilities, Aircraft Maintenance hangars & teaching facilities and on-site Student Accommodation for more than 100 students.
