The Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) is an initiative to provide and promote lifelong learning for members of the Armed Forces. Members who have served for four years or more in the British Armed Forces from 1st April 2000 are entitled to up to £6,000 for educational/vocational courses from ELCAS approved providers with a minimum of level 3 NVQ.
