
In Australia we offer our international students the CASA Commercial Pilot Licence Aeroplane (Domestic Only) as the quickest and most direct route to a career in aviation. This intensive course is approved by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and has been designed in conjunction with industry to ensure that upon completion you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to fly as a professional pilot. Pilots with a CASA Commercial Pilot Licence work in a diverse range of industry sectors – from agriculture and tourism to aerial surveillance and passenger transport.
This course includes both flight training and theory training – that means you will master the practical while engaged with the theoretical.
You will complete a minimum of 150 hours flying which includes at least:
- 70 hours as pilot in command
- 20 hours cross country as pilot in command
- 10 hours instrument flight time
- Cessna 172S (G1000)
- Cessna 182
- Diamond DA-42
